Experience
I am a fully qualified teacher (PGCE in Post-Compulsory Education, QTLS status) with over 15 years of private tutoring experience in the UK, specialising in GCSE and A-level Maths, alongside 10 years teaching Maths and Functional Skills in UK schools and colleges. This includes 4 years teaching A-level Maths at Kings Oxford, as well as GCSE and Functional Skills Maths at City of Oxford College, Al-Madina Academy, and Activate Learning, both in the classroom and online. I originally trained as a mathematician (MSc, University of Kaiserslautern; BSc-equivalent, Yerevan State University) and also tutored privately in Armenia and Germany earlier in my career. I was part of the online teaching team that won the 2023 Association of Colleges Beacon Award for effective use of digital technology.Availability (UK time)
