Experience
12 years teaching, tutoring and lecturing at all levels from primary to university, specialising in maths and all sciences at GCSE and A-Level. Hugely experienced in online tutoring having worked with students across the globe.In particular, I understand the step up required from GCSE to A-Level and the gap that needs bridging for many students, especially in the early weeks!
I have also found that the greatest dividends and benefits of tutoring is most definitely built over a couple of years. The expectation of 'cramming' at the end of year 11 to increase grades rarely works. The best results I have had are where I have worked with students from year 10 all the way through to the end of year 11 or even 13 (and in some cases beyond!)
