I can help.
I am a fully qualified chemistry teacher and expert examiner with vast experience in teaching International A-level Chemistry Pearson Edexcel examination Codes WCH11/01, WCH12/01, WCH13/01, WCH14/01, WCH15/01 and WCH16/01.
I am a former Head of Science in an international school and also work as an examiner for GCSE and A-level.
Since 2008, I have taught science to every year group from Y7 to Y13, teaching across KS3, GCSE and A-level.
I have worked with students of various abilities and multicultural backgrounds.
My 14 years of experience as an examiner for both international GCSE and A-level examinations have positively shaped my teaching. It has helped me improve my practice by giving me insight into how the assessment system works, how assessment decisions are made, and how to boost my students' confidence and improve their examination grades.
I feel better prepared to help my students focus on how they can produce answers to meet the expectations of the examination mark scheme and share best practices to improve their exam technique and achieve higher results.
