I tutor maths, further maths, Physics up to A level or IB HL and chemistry, biology up to GCSE and ICGSE level. I have good experience of teaching mathematics and science (physics, chemistry and biology) in secondary schools. I am especially skilled in mathematics and physics. For more than seven years, I have been privately tutoring A-level maths and physics students as well as tutoring at KS2, KS3, GCSE, undergraduate and postgraduate. I am also able to support SEN students.I am a (maths / further maths) examiner for Cambridge International Education (CIE) and also for OCR.
I have more than 6000 hours of tutoring experience and I am quite familiar with the different curriculums and exam boards specifications.
I am also offering to provide the necessary step up subject learning needed for A levels that had not yet been taught in Y11 or year 12.

I have a PhD degree in Electronic and Electrical Engineering from The University of Leeds.I will try my best to help students to further their understanding and achieve their targeted grade. I will try to make things as simple and as enjoyable as possible by listening to the students' needs and preparing different kind of activities.

Has been incredibly helpful to me which is shown through my increasing grades. Goes into a lot of detail and overall very good at explaining.
My son started taking lessons with Wafaa at the beginning of the school year. The idea was to provide a framework for his Maths and Physics GCSE revision. Then lockdown occurred and his school went out of business. We count ourselves very lucky to have had Wafaa to guide him through this period and to work with him to prepare for A Levels. She has provided a structure which he would otherwise have lacked. This is our first experience of online teaching and a virtual classroom, but my son got to grips with it very quickly. He works well and has yet to complain about having to attend a lesson. I have noticed that Wafaa is very good at giving him time to think through the questions and work for the conclusions rather than just supplying the method. I think doing so has developed his confidence in his abilities. So, do I recommend Wafaa? Yes, but remember that we got her first!
Great tutor, very knowledgeable and helps me to easily understand difficult topics.
